- First, you order your desired personalized product.
- After your order is confirmed, the artists will start working on your design. Once they are complete, we will send you a watermarked proof for you to confirm.
- Once confirmed, or after 24 hours with no reply, we will finish producing your print and ship it out!
- Once a print is shipped, our standard shipping times apply (Please see Shipping Info tab).
Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get the final copy of your hand-drawn portrait out to you in 5-15 days.
*Please note that proofs must be confirmed within 24 hours. After 24 hours, your print will automatically be fulfilled & shipped out.
